About me
I’m Katherine Kotz, life and career coach and founder of The Happiness Revolution. I’m a certified Relational Dynamics Coach and Circle Way facilitator, with over a decade of experience designing and delivering training across the creative industries and in social enterprise —often working with high-profile artists and leaders to bring their visions to life.
My coaching practice is rooted in empathy, intelligence, and deep listening. I firmly believe people are more powerful and resourceful than they realise, and I love being alongside my clients on that journey of discovery.
I have a condition called PMDD (basically PMS if it was given a fist bump and loads of steroids). For about a week of each month I cry for no reason, multiple times a day. For years, I was terrified I might become tearful during a pitch or presentation—and that it would erode my credibility. When, in an appraisal, a manager told me I was “too emotional”, my confidence evaporated. I began to believe I couldn’t hold down a job, let alone achieve what I felt I was capable of.
Rebuilding my self-worth hasn’t been easy—but it’s required me to show myself the kindness to prioritise looking after my body, rather than spending my time wishing it was different. Now, among my clients, I support other women navigating anxiety, overwhelm, and the very real hormonal fluctuations that are still taboo in many workplaces.
Whether working with people 1:1 or in groups, I’m passionate about creating spaces that are kind, fun, stimulating, and bring about profound and lasting change.
I look forward to working with you.
